I REFUSE TO BE DISCOURAGED!!
I refuse to be discouraged, to be sad, or to cry because I have a God who's Mighty, who's Sovereign and Supreme. He sees everything I'm going through and His ears are always open to my cry. "The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry." (Psalm 34:15)
I refuse to let people in my church or on my job upset me because I have a God on my side who will fight for me if I hold my peace. "The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." (Exodus 14:14)
I refuse to let the enemy defeat me because God has given me power over him. "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19)
I refuse to let sickness make me fear because "God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)
I refuse to let circumstances get me down when I have a God who's able to make an impossible situation possible. "And he said, the things which are impossible with men are possible with God." (Luke 18:27)
So be encouraged today and always remember you don't have to feel discouraged because you have a God that will never forsake you. "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee." (Deuteronomy 31:6)
