Yes, and I will continue to rejoice, for I know that through your prayers and the help given by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance. I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
When I am reading God's WORD relating to the deliverance of HIS people, I can remain steadfast in my FAITH that HE has and continues to deliver me from situations that seem to be hopeless from a carnal viewpoint.
God is all about DELIVERANCE, and HE has shown HIMself faithful time and time again, when everything pointed to destruction and defeat.
That is why the Apostle Paul wrote so strongly about how he would exalt Christ, whether he himself continued to live and suffer at the hands of wicked men, or that by his death other believers would be strengthened and encouraged by Holy Spirit to continue preaching and teaching the Gospel of Christ Jesus.
Just as Paul, I am compelled as so are many of you, to remain faithful to the calling of God, believing DELIVERANCE has and is still taking place each and everyday of this life.
Towards an eternal reward that God has promised to HIS people who will exalt HIS Son, Christ Jesus in both LIFE and death.
God WANTS faithful believers, both DEAD to themselves and Alive in Christ!
O'Lord, YOU have spared my life for YOUR Glory,
I will Exalt YOU in all that I do!
YOUR Spirit gives both Life and Hope,
all that my heart desires and needs!!
Fill me to overflowing with boldness,
that I might Glorify YOUR Son,
whether I Live or Die!!!
